Dear Mr. Zuckerman:

The following is a summary of the indoor environmental quality survey that performed on November 15, 2001 at One North Ambient Group, Inc. End Avenue. The survey included metals, polynucicar aromatic hydrocarbons sampling for airborne and airborne asbestos structures by TEM. Four (4) air samples were collected from various locations on floors 2, 3, 7 and 10 transmission electron microscopy (TEM) for asbestos and analyzed by airborne asbestos levels at the time of testing structures. The results of thu analysis were less than the analytical sensitivity indicated that which is well below the EPA standard of of the instrument, 70 stiuctures/mnz2 as well as other guidelines and/or regulations. recommended industry

Four (4) air samples were collected from floors 2, 3, 7 and 10 and analyzed for hydrocarbons in air. Analysis or all four (4) polynucicar aromatic samples Collected revealed that the levels compounds were below the OSHA Permissible of the individual Exposure Limits and NIOSII REL guidelines. Four (4) air samples were collected from floors 2, 3, 7 and 10 and analyzed for silica). All measured metals revealed metals in air (including icve]s well below their respective OSHA I'EI.s and NIOSII RLi,s. Please refer to attached laboratory data for further details.
