The following is a summary of the indoor envirotuneiital quality survey that Ambient Group, Inc. performed on September 16, 2001 at the above referenced location. The survey included sampling for absence/presence of asbestos in settled dust_
One (1) settled dust sample was collected from outside air intake on the 5"' floor and analyzed for the absence/presence of asbestos. This one (1) settled dust samples collected tested positive (2%) for the presence of asbestos.
