Dear Mr.:

T'hc following is a summary of the indoor environmental quality survey that Ambient Group, Inc. performed on September 15 h, 2001 at the above referenced location. The survey included sampling for airborne dust and settled dust charaeteriz atlon, as well as absence/presence of asbestos in settled dust.

Five (5) air samples were collected from various locations on floors 23, 15, 11, 6 and I and analyzed for dust chartcterizttlon. The samples were composed primarily of skin fragments, cellulose, carbon particles and gravel road dust. Many of these elerpents identified in the samples are commonly found in the indoor air and should not pose any adverse health conccrrns: Trace amounts of asbestos were detected in one sample, but the cnecnt1aLion found was well below any applicable limits and guidelines.

Four (4) settled dust samples were collected from various locations on floors 23, 20, 16 and 9 and analyzed for dusr characterization and absence/presence of asbestos. All four samples collected tested negative for the presence ofasbeestos. The samples were composed primarily of cellulose, carbon particles and gravel road dust Many of these elements identiflod in the samples arc commonly found in the Indoor environment and should not pose any adverse health concerns to the building occupants.

Should you have any questions regarding this information, Please feel free to cull me.

Sincerely. Signed for Ambient Group, Inc. by!
