The following is a summary of the indoor environmental quality survey that Ambient Group, Inc. performed on September 16th, 2001 at the above referenced location. The survey included sampling for absence/presence of asbestos in settled dust. 5th floor and analyzed One (1) settled dust sample was collected from outside air intake on the for the absence/presence of asbestos. This one (1) settled dust samples collected tested positive (2%) for the presence of asbestos.
