As discussed, please find attached the most recent test results that were taken for 50 Broadway. There was an earlier report, also prepared by the Ambient Group, which was prepared on September 19, 2001. My colleague, Steve Castellano is sending you a copy of that report by separate cover. [-■ If you have any questions or problems, please let me know. Thank you for your guidance dealing with the exterior cleaning question.
