j his concerns were that there was a light dust visible on his finger when he passed it on a top ledge above one of his windows, that was Tar on his kitchen floor, the pipes that come from the ceiling were not sealed with foam, that a general cleaning of the apartment is required because of light visible dust (not WTC) is present. also wanted the apartment sheetrock wall sealed and fixed.
