The following apartment were inspected on November 7, 2002:

PH his concerns were that there was a light dust visible on his finger when he passed it on a top ledge above one of his windows, that was Tar on his kitchen floor, the pipes that come from the ceiling were not sealed with foam, that a general cleaning of the apartment is required because of light visible dust (not WTC) is present, also wanted the apartment sheetrock wall sealed and fixed.

i PH i wants some more cleaning, removed some loose tiles in bathroom and saw some dust. Complained about molds,' and water leaks at radiator. Some cleaning of the debris behind the tile may be required, wanted additional floor boards removed.
