The following apartment were inspected on November 7, 2002: ACC ] his concerns were that there was a light dust visible on his finger when he passed it on a top ledge above one of his windows, that was Tar on his kitchen floor, the pipes that come from the ceiling were not sealed with foam, that a general cleaning of the apartment is required because of light visible dust (not WTC) is present, also wanted the apartment sheetrock wall sealed and fixed.
ACC were very happy with the clean-up.
