1717? Z38.23.`.0 FAX All five samples indicated Ievels of asbestos well below the clearance criteria for
reoccupancy following an abatement project of 0.01 fibers per cubic centimeter (flee)
established by the New York City Department of Environmental Protection and the
New York State Department of Labor. Copies of the laboratory results are
attached

A total of two (2) dust wipe samples were collected at locations specified by Cedar
Management Corp. All samples were delivered to an independent laboratory and
analyzed by Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM). The Iaboratory analysis indicate
that the dust wipe samples resulted in no visible asbestos (NVA).
Area air monitoring for nuisance dust performed in the Room 610 and Suite 300 resulted in
8-hour time weighted averages (TWA) of , 0.03 milligrams per cubic meter
(mg/m3) and
0.07 (mg/rn3) respectively. The results are well below the OSHA
permissible Exposure
Limit (PET.) for total nuisance dust in air 0115 mg/m`.
Please see the attached sample results. If you have any questions or concerns, please
