Dear Mr. Lempen, Taylor Environmental Group, Inc. (“TEG”) is pleased to present this estimated cost proposal for professional and analytical services to be performed at the aforementioned facility. TEG will provide licensed personnel to oversee and monitor the activities of the environmental contractor performing cleaning of the Unit Ventilators inside the tent enclosures. TEG will also perform Lead Personal (OSHA) Monitoring on the environmental contractors employees via MOSH Method 7082. At the conclusion of die re-installation of Unit Ventilators and ancillary equipment within a functional space, TEG will collect wipe samples to be analyzed for lead via EPA Method SW846-7420. professional services.- Labor Category Estimated Number of Hours Rate (Hr.)
