RE: Cleaning at Stuyvesant High School (Ground through Fifth Floors) 345 Chambers Street, New York, New York 10003

Dear Mr. Lempert, 3rd Cleaning work was performed at the above referenced facility on the Ground, 21, 4`h and 5' Floors from October 1 through October 4, 2001. Trio Asbestos Removal Corporation and Kiss Construction acted as the General Contractors and Taylor Environmental Group, Inc. and ATC Associates performed project supervision and air monitoring at the completion of the general cleaning work.

Based upon the final visual inspection and results of air samples collected, floors six through eleven at Stuyvesant High School have met re-occupancy criteria as defined in all applicable federal, state and local regulations.
