“A Dear Mr. Deane, ISO 9001 CERTIFIED With regard to Microvac sampling that was performed at the PBX telephone equipment located on the e* floor, please note that this method of analysis is highly sensitive and the mere presence of asbestos fibers does not represent that the surface sampled is contaminated. Background asbestos fiber concentrations may range from 3,000 to 5,000 asbestos structures per square centimeter. NVlAp None of the results for samples collected at the site indicate fiber concentrations NVLAP LAB CODE LCOCSS-O at or above these levels.
