Dear Mr. Martin:
In accordance with our Clearance Air and Surface Monitoring and Analysis, the 7'*’ floor at 75 Park Place has been tested and completed. Ambient Group, Inc. collected the following: (1) air samples analyzed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) on December 11, 2001; (2) surface metals sainples on December 12, 2001; and (3) airborne metal samples on December 11,2001.
Results of all clearance air and surface monitoring samples indicated levels below applicable OSHA PELs and regulated guidelines or other criteria. Based on the above analytical results, the subject area is cleared for re-occupancy.
