Ambassador Construction Corp, requested our participatioD in the field meeting to review scope and coordinate work associated witiitfae fecility monitoring system and to be i>eifonnfid by Johnson Contiols, Inc.

Meeting was scheduled and took place on February 11,1999, but representative from Johnson Controls, Inc. was not in attendance.

As per request of Mr. Gien Pimento we have reviewed operation at air conditioning equipment serving the LAN room.

The folhjvdng aw our finttiogs andteconunendations:

At the time of survey all three (3) air conditioning units wore in operation.

Jr diouldbe noted, that maximum two (2) AC units shall be in operation siniahaneously - one Unix is a Sftend-*by and should be activated only when cos ofthe running unite toils or when high room temperatoro is detected.

Momtocing of Wo operation of AC units and room conditions is We woA to be pofonned by Johnson Controls Joe.

Mechanics fiom the Aback Entaijaises were on the job site setiiiig-np and adjusting We units. They were verbally instructed to shut-down one AC unit (AC-2) and to set one unit (AC-3) at 72’ F end second one (AOI) at 75" F. Aj^ustable vanes at the discharge grillesi should be adjusted to direct air horizontally and away fiom any obstruction such as equipment racks, cable trays, etc. to prevent short circuitiag of the air and, as a result, short eneling of the compressor and unit shut'dov'n without any remote alarm.

It was mentioned by Mr. Glen Pimento that not all toe conununieation eqoipinent, scheduled for installation; is actually in the LAN room but OEM is couMdering to install additional equipment (UPS).

There is sufficient capacity of the AC equipment in the LAN room to handle the existing and fiitura load.
