As per request ofMr. Gieo Fimeuto we have reviewed operation at air conditioning equipment serving the Lan room.

The foUov/ing are our finrKnga and lecooisiendatioiis:

At the time of scnv^ all three (3) air conditioning units were in operation.

It should be noted, that maxinrum two (2) AC units shall be in opCTAtioftsuxaittwieously . one unit is a stand-by and should be activated only'vdien one ofdie running units friils or when Wgli room temperature is detected.

Monitoriag of the opciation of AC units and room conditions is die work to be pafonnod by Johnson Controls Ino.

They wete verbally instructed to shut-down one AC unit (AC-2) and to set one unit (AO3) at 72" F and second one (AOI) at 75" F. Ai^ustablc vanes at die discharge grilles should, be adjusted to direct sir horfcrontaliy and away from any obstruction such, as equipment racks, cable trays, etc. to prevent short circuiting of die air and, as a result, short circling of the compressor and unit shut-dovm without aiqr remote alarm.

It was mentioned by Mr. Glen Pimento that not all the communication eqaipmeut, scheduled for installation^ is actually in the LAN room but OEM is considering to install additional equipment (UPS).
