Hie following is the REQUEST FOR A PROPOSAL to install an alarm system to monitor condition.s in the radio room located at 2 Lafayette Street from the watch command room at The Office of Lmergcncy Management at 7 World Trade Center:

Furnish and install monitoring .system connecting two (2) sites; Radio Room at 2 Lafayette Street and Office of Emergency Management at 7 World Trade Center.

Sysieni shal! be Johnson Control “Metasys” or approved equal.

System shall be capable to monitor at 2 Lafayette Street and alarm at 7 World Trade Center the following point:

I. UPS morn - high and low room temperature.

2. Radio room - high and low room temperature.

3. UPS - normal operation.

4. Automatic transfer switch - emergency po.sition.

5. Main air conditioning unit - emergency shut down.

6. Stand by air conditioning unit serving UPS room in operation.
