Re: Redesign fee for UPS FDNY Dispatch Center 11 Metro Tech Center, 4"' Floor Brooklyn, NY

Dear Mr. Sanna:

We write with reference to the change orders submitted by SHCA and Kling Linguist and forwarded to this office on 6/9/1999, for the redesign of the UPS system.

The change orders have been reviewed and the submitted costs have been found reasonable.

Therefore, in view of the foregoing, a total amount of $62,690.00 is hereby approved, subject to audit, as A&E fees for the redesign of the UPS system.

The following is a breakdown of the project’s budget:

Construction budget for 4"’ floor $ 8,285,036.00 Amount approved for 4“’ floor construction on 6/7/99 $ 6,798,750.00 Amount approved for UPS system on 6/29/99 $ 711,116.00 Amount approved by Work Order on 7/8/99 $ 5,250.00 Amount approved by this CO for additional A&E fees $ 62,690.00 Total amount approved for the project $ 7,577,806.00 Balance remaining in the budget $ 707,230.00
