Dear Mr. Weems;

We are pleased to submit herewith our change order #046 to perform the following work at the above referenced premises for the sum of TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY EIGHT DOLLARS ($2,168.00):

As per Cosentini memo dated 12/22/98:

1. Provide power for power supply in room 23-50 from 15A IP breaker in panel ELP-23B1. 2. 4-15A, 120V circuits are provided to serve security equipment in room 23-18, if additional circuits are required run circuits from panel ECP-23MI. Electrical Cost $1,870.00 General Conditions 150.00 Overhead and Fee 121.00 Insurance 27.00 Total $2,168.00

Please issue a change order for this work which has been completed.
