Dear Mr. Weerns:

We are pleased to submit herewith our revised change order #017 to perform the following work at the above referenced premises for the sum of FIVE THOUSAND FORTY TWO DOLLARS ($5,042.00):

SCOPE OF WORK - Delete material cost for floor boxes in original layout <$3,930.00>

- Provide and install combination floor boxes under raised floor area as per Swanke Hayden Connell’s memorandum dated October 13,1998. As per discussion with Swanke Hayden Connell, the under floor box will be by Raceway Component Inc. $8,280.00 General Conditions 348.00 Overhead and Fee 282.00 Insurance 62.00 Total $5,042.00

In order to perform this work, we must have an approval for this change order.

Please sign one copy of this letter and return it to our office so we may proceed.
