We are pleased to submit herewith our change order #010 to perform the following work at the above referenced premises for the lump sum of TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY SIX DOLLARS ($2,666.00):

SCOPE OF WORK Furnish and install one (1) special class I package receiver 24W x 15H x 24D with stainless steel doors as per the sketch we received from Swanke Hayden Connell Architects. Total $2,666.00
