Notice of Intent to Acquire Office Space 7 World Trade Center, Manhattan Mayor's Office of Emergency Management
The proposed site will afford cost effective, consolidated operations by providing sufficient space to house both the headquarters and EOC functions in a building designed to accommodate modern technology.
