Dear Mr. Hauer;

Enclosed please find a fully executed copy of the License Agreement between 7 WORLD TRADE COMPANY, L.P., and the City of New York, covering space at the captioned premises, for use by the Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management. The License Agreement was executed on January 8, 1998.

Please forward a completed Advice of Award of Contract, Lease Registration Form and Explanation of Funds Letter within two (2) weeks to the attention of Carmen Carter, Lease Registration Coordinator, in the Division of Real Estate Services, One Centre Street, 20th Floor North, New York, New York 10007. Upon receipt of the documents, they will be sent together with a fiilly executed copy of the License Agreement to the Comptroller's Office. These documents are essential to register the License Agreement, with the Comptroller's Office, who in turn issues license fee payments to the Licensor.
