1. a July 15, 2002, e-mail from myself to Doug Greeley, I Bob Avaltroni, and Moustafa Fawzy requesting that I they contact you to arrange interviews;
2. my June 6, 2002, request to Doug Greeley for the names and telephone numbers of responding supervisors, and Doug’s June 18, 2002, response;
3. my June 6, 2002, request to Bob Avaltroni for the names and telephone numbers of responding supervisors which is still being processed.
Once I have received all the names and telephone numbers of responding supervisors, I will forward their names to you. I will simultaneously contact these individuals to request that they contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time for interviews.
