10.5 Stair Re-entry signs will be posted and maintained on the stair door at each floor indicating whether re-entry is provided into the building and the floor where such re-entry is provided into the building. The signs will read where re-entry is provided to specified floor:

1. On the stair side of the door at floors where re-entry is provided - "RE-ENTRY ON THIS FLOOR" and positioned in accordance with the requirements of the Fire Department. 2. Where no re-entry is provided on a floor the sign on the stair side of the door will read- NO RE-ENTRY, NEAREST RE-ENTRY ON THE AND FLOOR. The nearest re-entry floor above and below will be entered in the blank spaces and positioned in accordance with the requirements of the Fire Department. 11. In preparing this Fire Safety Plan, an evaluation was made of the individual floor layouts, the population of floors, the number and kinds of exits and the zoning of the floor by area and occupants. From this , a determination was made concerning the movement of traffic by the most expeditious route to an appropriate exit and alternate routes for each zone since, under fire conditions, one or more exits may not be usable. 15.1 Date Prepared - January, 1988 15.2 Date Revised June, 1989 15.3 Date Revised - July, 1990
