9.2.2 Adequate communications to mechanical equipment rooms, elevator machine rooms, and each floor provided by telephone, building Pubic Address system on each floor, two-way FIRE WARDEN STATION telephones on each floor and two-way radio system. 9.2.3 Copy of Fire Safety Plan - copy of the approved Fire Safety Plan will be kept in the Fire Command Station at the 3rd floor in the main lobby. 9.2.4 Copy of Building Information Form will be kept in the Fire Command Station. 9.2.5 Representative floor plans showing locations of signs, floor remote station. communications, etc. all required information will be kept at the Fire Command Station. See Appendix I. 10. SIGILS 10.1 Signs- at Elevator Landings and Floor Diagrams - a sign will be posted and maintained on every floor at the elevator landing. The sign shall read "IN CASE OF FIRE USE STAIRS UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED". The sign vzill also contain a diagram showing the location where it is posted and the location and identification of the stairs on the floor in accordance with the Fire Department. 10.2 Floor numbering - a sign will be posted and maintained within each stair enclosure of every floor indicating the number of the floor. The sign will be securely attached to the stair side of the door in accordance with the requirements of the Fire Department. 10.3 Stairway Identification - each stairway vzill be identified by single capital letter (A, B, etc). A sign indicating the identification fox the stairway will be posted and maintained on the occupancy side of the stair door in accordance with the requirements of the Fire Department. 10.4 Elevator Identification - elevators will be identified by bank (capital letter) and additionally by number. A sign indicating the identification for the elevators will be posted and maintained at each elevator landing in accordance with the requirements of the Fire Department.
