SCOPE OFWORK

As per R.B Samuels work order #26341 the electricians took delivery of various computer equipment and moved it to the P I U. room on the 23rd Floor.

This work was performed on regular and overtime hours as per the following:

Straight time 19 hours x 95.80 $1,820.00 Overtime 3.5 hours x 138.35 484.00 Subtotal $2,304.00 General Conditions 184.00 Overhead & Fee 149.00 Insurance 33.00 Total $2,670.00
