Change Order #55
Dear Mr. Pymento:
Attached please find change order #55 in the amount of $34,954.00 submitted by
Ambassador Construction for the following scope of work:
In the loading dock and lobby areas where the fuel oil lines were to be installed below the
concrete slab, the electrician had to fix all the conduits damaged by the chopping of the
concrete. These conduits were never indicated on the drawings to be in that location.
In order to fix these conduits, they had to be traced out for all the circuiting. New conduits
and wire had to be installed. Additional chopping was performed to expose the existing
steel beams and plates that were interpreting with the new fuel oil lines so the engineer
could examine them.
Robert B. Samuels' Work Order #27823
Electrical Work $19,170.00
Concrete Chopping $10,986.00
Subtotal $30,156.00
General Conditions $2,412.00
Overhead and Fee $1,954.00
Insurance $432.00
Total $34,954.00
If this meets with your approval, please sign and return to my office. Thank you.
