As per field visit to the roof today with Mr. Weems of Silverstein’s Properties Inc. and Jack Klein of your office the following items where noted. 1 * Insulated metal panels do not match color control sample. 2- Top of metal deck at shed is not at height indicated on SHCA construction documents; therefore creating a very difficult flashing detail with existing building louvers, The above items should be corrected as soon as possible.
