Memorandum

Project Name and Address; Project No: 5576A Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management Project Direct or/Managen 7 World Trade Center Meinhardt/Aliotta New York, New York Client: Silverstein Properties, Inc. Subject; Paint @ A/V Enclosures. To From Date Prepared Martin Schneider / Ambassador Construction. Juan M. Mejia Nov 30, 1998

Please be advised that we are very concerned with the decision of painting the A/V enclosures in tire site after erection. We think that at least the panels should be painted in the shop, and do not believe that the handling for installation will damage the paint since the sample you sent us is holding up very well.

We also feel that the sequence of installation will not work; because the Novalink furniture will be installed before the panels are Installed therefore making it almost impossible to paint the panels that are below the furniture spine. We are also concerned with the damage of adjacent work by the spray painting of the panels in the field and the installation of AfV equipment

Please reconsider the installation and let us know your resolution as soon as possible.

If you need any information or coordination from our office in the above matters please call.
