For the above noted scope of work we propose a lump sum fee of $30,000.00, not including reimbursable. Reimbursable expenses will be billed at cost.

Not included are controlled inspection services which are typically more economically performed by a specialized inspection services. Building department filings arc assumed to be by an expediter.

We trust our fee proposal meets with your approval. Please have the client sign and return a copy of this proposal indicating their acceptance.
