Dear Mr. Aiiotta:
Thank you for your invitation to submit a fee pn>po$al for structural engineering services relative to the above noted project.
Per our discussion and from the schematic drawings we received, we understand the scope of work include.*; the following:
1. Provide structural engineering associated with a new mechanical space at 7th floor (including structural support for switch gear, generators and water tank ).
2. Provide structural engineering associated with slab penetrations from 7th floor to Roof due to mechanical coordination.
3. Provide structural review for new loads imposed on the existing structure of the 23rd floor and provide reinforcement as required.
4. Provide structural engineering associated with a new Radio room at roof.
5. Provide structural engineering associated with a new fuel oil storage.
6. Provide documents suitable for bidding and construction.
7. Provide construction administration phase services ( shop drawing review and field question resolution ).
