We approve the Grantor Seinuk’s proposal as follows:

a) Professional Services Lump Sum Fee: $30,000

b) Ou t of Pocket Expenses (reimbursables) $ 3,000

TOTAL AMOUNT $ 33,000

Out of Pocket Expenses are to be billed at cost and are limited to the maximum of $3,000 for blueprinting, copying, faxing, messenger services, etc., as deemed necessary by DRES.
