SHCA ts in receipt of comments by DCAS/DRES by Mr. Ramos dated C4-20-98 and received 04-21 -98. Unless OEM comments have been incorporated into the DC AS comments, we are not in receipt of any comments from OEM. We understand from OEM that they will be issuing then comments by end of today 04-22-58. Until such time SHCA is in receipt of these comments and have had an opportunity to evaluate them, SHC.A cannot commit to the May 4, 1998 re- is.sue date In addition, OEM has indicated that their comments mclude possible scope revisions which are tenant'landlord related and not architectural.''engineering related comments to the drawings.
In our preliminary review of the DC AS comments, SHC Y would like to review and clarify a number of corament.s. We will contact .Ysep Domingvez-DCAS directly to anangc a review meeting.
Upon receipt of ail tenant comments. SHCA recommends a meeting to review and resolve any comments which are outside of the original program and scope of work.
