Mr. Cosiol was project manager for the design of computer-based energy monitoring sys
tems for three separate facilities totaling 2,000,000 SF using coaxial cables for data
transmission. Buildings included office areas, computer areas, cafeteria, and kitchen areas.
Andrews Air Force Base, Camp Springs, MD
Feasibility study for 60 buildings and design of modular computerized energy management
system for 40 buildings using telephone lines for data transmission throughout the base.
Included were computer facilities, maintenance areas, administration areas, barracks, ware
houses, and dining facilities.
Prudential Insurance Company, MidAtlantic Home Office, Upper Dublin, PA
Design of energy monitoring system for office building complex totaling 600,000 SF using
multi-conductor cable for data transmission.
Prior to joining TKLP, Mr. Cosiol spent seven years as an engineer and project manager with
Robert G. Worden Associates.
