During Phase II, 149,(XX) SF of additional office space was constructed on a fast-track schedule. E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Co., Inc., ]^ilmington, DE A 180,000 SF corporate computer center that contains 90,000 SF of computer operations area with a UPS system and emergency generator. The facility also contains offices, a technical support area, and a tape/record storage area. Exxon Corporation, Florham Park, NJ A 265,000 SF computer center containing 28,000 SF of computer operations area with raised floors throughout. General Electric Company, Brook Park, OH A 42,000 SF facility containing 36,000 SF of computer operations area with raised floors for convenient access and flexibility. The design includes environmental systems for computers and support systems, three IIOO-KW diesel-powered emergency generators, and a UTC sys­ tem. General Electric Company, Rockville, MD A 565,000 SF office complex for the Computer Operations Division. The complex contains a 200,000 SF computer center supported by a battery-powered UPS system (both 60-HZ and 415-HZ) and four 900-KW diesel-power^ emergency generators.

Ako Standard Corporation, Valley Forge, PA A corporate headquarters planned for development in three phases: Phase I contains 110,000 SF, including 10,(XX) SF of computer operations area. Phase II will contain 50,CXX) SF; and Phase III, 100,000 SF.
