Based upon the documents provided to us, the RFP Draft dated 07/24/97, OEM Program Summary dated 07/21/97 and the Space Design Programming dated 08/18/97, the project will consist of the following spaces;

I. Standard oflfice area of approximately 9,000

2. The Emergency Command Center - approximately 14,000 ft’ on a raised floor. This area includes; a. The Mayor’s Suite b. The Operating Room with 90 workstations and one or two media walls containing large TV screens. c. The Watch command, with 10 work stations. d. The Press Room e, The Radio Room f. The Computer Room

3. Mechanical, back-up equipment and other equipment, approximately 12,000 ft’ to be installed on another floor, including: a Water Tank b. Fuel Tanks c. Diesel Generators d. UPS Room e, Satellite Dishes f. Antennas

The project schedule is as follows;

1. Program confirmation, site survey, final schematics and outline specifications (scope of work) must be completed within twenty days of award.

2. Design development must be completed twenty days form the approval of the previous phase.

3. Construction Documents must be completed within fifty days from the approval of the final schematics phase.
