This office has the following . comments: l. Except for the 72nd Street location (T-19), the plans do not indicate any proposed connections to existing sewers. However, in conversations by telephone between Mr. N. Satterthwaite (Amtrak) and Morton Swedlow, P.E. (D.E.P.) on February 4, 1988 and February 18, 1988 it was learned that: ae All proposed drainage work shall be done within the Amtrak rights-of-way and will be under Amtrak maintenance jurisdiction. One exception is the relocation of an existing sewer manhole on the 5'-6" X 5'-0O" city sewer within an easement along the track just south of Tend Street. This office has no hydraulic objection to this relocation (Dwg. T-19). b. No existing connections from Amtrak drains to city sewers will be disturbed. Proposed work will consist only of cleaning, rehabilitating existing drainage pipes and basins, and laying new storm drains and underdrains within the Amtrak right-of-way. NYC-WTC_000165650
