This is in reply to your letter dated July 21, 1987 with which you submitted three (3) sets of plans for the above referenced project. The following is our comments: 1. It is recommended that the existing catch basin at the north curb line of Vesey Street -1 be removed and a new catch basin be constructed upstream of the crosswalk (sheet No. 3 of 9 of the proposed drawings).
