Attn: Mr. Mike Sirico Re: The Reconstruction of Mitchel Square, Borough of Manhattan, Contract # M-54-186.
Dear Mr. Sirico: Enclosed for your review are revised survey, layout plan and the utilities and grading plan for the above referenced project. Throughout October we discussed the changes that were required for our plans to obtain approval from your department. This information is listed below. 1. Trees within 15’-0" of sewer line—These trees have been removed. 2. Limit of Construction—Due to the planned rehabilitation of the existing curb, the contract limit line now extends 2'-O’* into the street. We realize that this will need to be approved, and will provide any additional information you require to expedite the process. We would appreciate if you would respond to our drawings by either returning mailed prints or calling us directly with your comments. If our drawings fulfill your requirements in their current state, we will require formal notification of the approval at your earliest convenience. Sincerely,
Marianne Burns ji)
