Attn: Mr. Mt •P Re: NYC-DPR Contract No. M-54-186 The Reconstruction of Mitchel Square Submission for City Agency Approval

Dear Mr. Sirico: I am writing in regards to a NYC Department of Parks and Recreation project that falls within your jurisdiction. The Reconstruction of Mitchel Square, between Broadway and Saint Nicholas Avenue from West 166th Street to West 168th Street, will involve the removal and abandonment of existing catch basins and drainage lines; and the installation of a new drinking fountain with accompanying water line, drain line, valves and water tap. As project architect working with the NYC-DPR Job Captain, Nancy Prince, I am submitting these plans for your departments’s review and approval. Enclosed for your review are 1 print each of the revised survey (9-6-88), removal plan, and utilities and grading plan. From conversations with you approximately one and a half months ago, I understand that our plans will be reviewed and approved, or returned for revisions. If you require additional information, please call so that we can expedite the review process. Thank you for your cooperation. t 1 Sincerely,

'/-Si Marianne Burns i
