Drawing D-1 was not included with the transmittal.
Kindly transmit drawing D-1 along with the following:
1. Copy of the "As-Built" sewer drawing at this location (if you have it).
2. Detail of the existing" column footings and their elevations.
3. Load rsummariesr; for the exiating and prop’osed columns. (Please include both live and dead load tabulations) . The load sum— mariesi should bear the seal of a N.Y. registered Professional Engineer.
