7. Single line and plan drawings for temporary power. 1.13 CONNECTIONS WITH EXISTING SITE SYSTEMS A. Make any connections of the proposed systems to exist­ ing systems with a minimum amount of disturbance to the existing lines. B. Make all connections to existing lines in accordance with the requirements of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. C. Replace or reconstruct at no additional cost to the Owner any existing equipmnet or structure which is damaged while making connections to it. 1.14 GUARANTEE A. The General Conditions are amended to include the fol­ lowing : 1. The Subcontractor shall submit a single guarantee stating that all portions of the work are in ac­ cordance with contract requirements. Guarantee all work against faulty and improper material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from date of final acceptance by the Contractor, ex­ cept that where guarantees or warranties for longer terms are specified herein, such longer term to apply. Within 24 hours after notifica­ tion, correct any deficiencies which occur during the guarantee period at no additional cost to Contractor, all to the satisfaction of the Con­ tractor . 1.15 UNIT PRICES A. Stare and hold firm for the duration of the construc­ tion contract, unit prices for the following items. Reflect in the unit price costs for the addition as well as the deletion of each item including profit, overhead, and insurance of each trade involved. Spe­ cifically reflect in the unit price the final price of the installed and operating item to the Owner, in full accordance with plans, specifications and Contract Documents. Prices shall include all labor and mate- rial miscellaneous appurtenances etc. for equipment fully installed in place.
