Additional Information Additional drawings may be available for inspection purposes only, at the office of the City of New York, Department of Ports and Terminals at South Street, New York, and at other government agencies. 1’03 COORDINATION OF WORK A. The mechanical drawings show the arrangement of piping and appurtenances. Follow these drawings as closely as the actual construction and the work of other trades will permit. Conform the mechanical work to the requirements shown on the drawings. Provide off­ sets, fittings, and accessories which may be required but not shown on the drawings. Coordinate the site, structural and finish ground conditions affecting the work. B. Carefully check space requirements with other trades to insure that all material can be installed in the spaces allotted thereto. C. The Subcontractor shall transmit to other trades, all information required for work to be provided under their respective Sections, in ample time for installa­ tion. D. Wherever work interconnects with work of other trades, coordinate with other trades to insure that a3..1. trades have the information necessary so that they may prop­ erly install all the necessary connections and equip­ ment. E. Provide required supports for, piping and equipment, so that loading will not exceed allowable loadings of structures. F. Examine and compare the contract drawings and specifi­ cations with the drawings and specifications of other trades, and report any discrepancies between them to the Contractor and obtain from him written instruc­ tions for necessary changes. Coordinate the work of other trades with the mechanical work. Before instal­ lation, take proper provisions to avoid interferences
