in a manner approved by the Contractor. All changes required in the work of the Subcontractor, caused by his neglect to do so, to be made by him at his own expense. G. Wherever the work is of sufficient complexity, prepare additional detail drawings to scale similar to that of the design drawings, prepared on tracing medium of the same size as contract drawings. With these layouts, coordinate the work with the work of other trades. Such detailed work to be clearly identified on the drawings as to the area to which it applies. Do not submit these drawings to the Contractor for approval. At completion, however, include a set of such drawings with each set of as-built drawings. When directed by the Contractor, submit drawings for approval, clearly showing the mechanical work and its relation to the work of other trades before commencing shop fabrica­ tion or erection in the field. H. Before commencing work, examine all adjoining work, on which this work is in any way dependent for perfect workmanship and report any conditions which prevent performance of first class work. Become thoroughly familiar with actual existing conditions to which con­ nections must be made or which must be changed or altered. 1.04 USE OF SITE AND LOAD LIMITATIONS A. The Subcontractor shall review all available data on the location and types of pipe lines and other faci].- ities connecting the WTC pump station with the W’fC, together with cooling water discharge lines .and other existing underground utilities. The Subcontractor shall not operate equipment over the facilities and shall take care not to damage them or otherwise impair their use. The Subcontractor shall make inves gat ion to verify the location of these facilities before proceeding with construction and/or operations in their vicinity. B. Subcontractor shall note that the "Fort Authority of New York and New Jersey" (PANYNJ) must review and approve: the proposed construction operatioris within sixty I(60) feet of their facilities before work is started.
