Be responsible for any damage caused by such leaks and repair thereof and reimburse Contractor for all expense incurred thereby. This Subcontractor indemnifies the Con­ tractor against loss, liability, damage or ex­ pense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, in connection with any claim resulting from such leaks. 1..15 UNIT PRICES A. State and hold firm for the duration of the construc­ tion contract, unit prices for the. following items.
