SECTION 15010 MECHANICAL SPECIAL CONDITIONS
PART I - GENERAL
1.01 DESCRIPTION A. General I. The General Conditions for Contracts of Construc tion, referred to in the Contract Documents as the General Conditions, together with the follow ing articles of the Mechanical Special Condi tions, which amend, modify and supplement various articles and provisions of the General Conditions are made part of the Contract and shall apply to all work under the Contract. 2. All articles or parts of articles of the General Conditions not so amended, modified or supple mented by these Supplementary Conditions, shall remain in full force and effect. Should any dis crepancy become apparent between the General Con ditions and these Special Conditions, the Subcon tractor shall notify the Contractor, in writing, and the Contractor shall interpret and decide such matters in accordance with the provisions of the General Conditions. B. Work Included Ths work covered by this subcontract includes the construction described in the Contract Documents including all labor necessary to perform and complete such construction, all materials and euqipment incor porated or to be incorporated in such construction. and all services. facilities, tools and equipment necessary or used to , perform and complete such construction. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Enlargement of existing 6O”0 reinforced concrete WTC river water pumped discharged pipe line to 66"^ and construction of new 66"g5 line around Building ‘B’ Gatehouse.
