6. All temporary pcv’er equipment including gener­ ators, transformer(s), distribution equipment, etc., shall become the property of the Sub-con- tractor upon completion of the work of this Con­ tract. 7. The temporary electrical power distribution in­ stallation, powered by the diesel, generator, shall be tested in the presence of the WTC repre­ sentative before connections to the pump station equipment will be permitted. Test shall include use of dummy load banks. 8. All labor required to staff and service both the temporary power distribution system and the power generating system shall be furnished by the Elec­ trical Subcontractor. m• installation, and execotiom A. No shutdowns will be permitted without written approv­ al of Port Authority Architect. Electrical Subcon- tractorcshall assume that shutdowns will take place on Sundays. All necessary overtime shall be included in Sub-Contractor’s bid. B. Where work is to be performed- in existing manholes. the Electrical Sub-contractor shall include cost of pumping water from manholes. C. All new manholes, conduit banks, etc., shall be in­ stalled in place to the greatest extent practicable prior to the disconnection or interruption of power to the pump house in order to minimize outage times. D. Subsequent to the completion of the electrical work, certain cooling water lines will be installed in close proximity to the electric ducts and manholes. Elec­ trical Sub-Contractor shall closely maintain all clearances. E. Sub-contractor shall submit Shop Drawings showing di­ mensioned routing with sections and profiles of elec­ trical runs a minimum of 30 days prior to installa­ tion.
