wtcfemaclean.wpd Paul - here is our proposed lAG. As I mentioned on the phone on Wednesday the values for the data analysis and validation are higher than on the matrix because of the addition of dioxin monitoring at 250 locations, metals monitoring at 50 additional locations (to bring the total to 250) and validation of 90,750 asbestos samples (I had only included 72,250 in the matrix because I mistakenly did not include the validation costs for the asbestos samples being collected in the common spaces - although I did include these samples in the estimates for asbestos analysis.) I am planning on revising the matrix accordingly and sending it to DEP. However, these are the only changes and I am hoping you will conduct your review in anticipation of receiving the revised matrix. The TAG is time critical because we will not be able to oversee the contracts for cleaning and monitoring until this agreement is fully in place. Please share with us your comments as soon as you are able to complete your coordinated review. If you have any immediate questions please call Kathy at 212 637 3116 or Lauren at 212 637 3469 since I will not be back in the office until Thursday the 11th. Thanks.
