WrCFEM~l.WPD
Virginia - Based on conversations between Kathy and Bob, Michael and
Krish I recommend making the following changes:
1. Please delete the Building Status Database reference and estimated
cost - we are going to focus on the EPA database for now
2. For analyzing and validating the asbestos samples we will add an
estimate based on whatever Krish develops for the common spaces - it
seems this is now close to completion
3. Under Oversight by OSHA - Delete the comment that funds will need to
be provided to OSHA. We will enter into an lAG with them if this
happens
4. Under data/risk assessment description please add that scientific
experts are being flown in from outside the region
5. Delete the US Coast Guard item and make a new row for " Contractor
Support for EPA's Oversight" Have the description read
"Provide field support to EPA in its oversight of the monitoring and
cleaning contractors. This support will enable EPA to be
responsive to concerns and inquiries raised by the public during the
implementation of the program." The cost estimate is $400,000.
I am still gathering some information that Michael and Krish wanted
regarding timelines and the asbestos standard, I expect to get it to
them later today.
Let me know if you need anything else from me at this time. Thank you.
