Hello everyone,
Below is a summary of the calls that were received by hotline operators Friday April 19, 2002.
We received a total of 16 calls during operating hours:
6 were about cleaning
3 were about the outdoor environment
4 were questions or requests for indoor air testing
1 was for the old WTC hotline
2 were "other" questions
We received 4 voicemails over the weekend. 1 was a question for indoor air quality, 1 was a concern for a New School
dormitory located in lower Manhattan, 1 was from an operator, and 1 was a hang-up.
As of 12:08 PM today (Monday, April 22) we have received 2 calls.
